Overview

The Accounting Bachelor’s Degree Program is part of the Faculty of Economics at UNPAR, which is the oldest faculty within UNPAR. As part of UNPAR, the Accounting Bachelor’s Degree Program strives to produce accountants who not only possess outstanding competencies in attitude, knowledge, and skills but are also capable of adapting to the needs of the industry both domestically and internationally.

The program continues to produce competent accounting graduates with the 6C HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills) skills: Computational Thinking, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, and Compassion. These skills enable graduates to adapt quickly to urgent needs, leverage potential opportunities, and address dynamic risks.

Study Materials Groups

Based on the three competencies expected to be achieved by Accounting Program graduates in accordance with the graduate profile, there are three groups of study materials in the Accounting Program:

  • Accounting and Business
  • Digital Technology
  • Professionalism, Ethics, and Behavior

Vision and Mission

Vision

To become a humane academic community in the field of Accounting Science, passionate about truth in order to develop local potential to an international level for the sake of enhancing human dignity and the integrity of creation, based on the motto Bakuning Hyang Mrih Guna Santyaya Bhakti.

Mission
  1. Building a humanistic academic community in the field of Accounting Science, which is passionate about truth by exploring, internalizing, and implementing the basic values and spirituality of Unpar.
  2. Organizing education and learning that combines academic excellence and character building for students of the Unpar Faculty of Economics Bachelor of Accounting Study Program.
  3. Developing knowledge in the field of Accounting, technology, and art that is relevant to national development and the integrity of creation by exploring local potential to bring it to the international level.
  4. Conducting community service activities in accordance with their areas of expertise to contribute to improving the welfare of society, both at the local, national, and international levels.

Objectives

  1. To become an academic community in the field of Accounting Science, which is humane, passionate about truth, upholds the basic values and spirituality of UNPAR, preserves the integrity of creation, and dedicates itself to the interests of society, in order to develop local potential to a global level.
  2. Producing graduates in the field of Accounting Science who possess broad perspectives, an open mindset toward advancements in science and technology, and a spirit of caring for others and preserving the integrity of creation, capable of competing at the global level.
  3. Conducting research aimed at advancing Accounting Science or research relevant to societal issues to have an impact on society, which is acceptable at both the local and global levels.
  4. Conducting activities and/or producing community service works in the field of Accounting that are relevant to societal issues, thereby having a positive impact on society, and that are accepted at both the local and global levels.

Targets

  1. Implementing good governance in the administration of the Bachelor of Accounting Program.
  2. Expanding networks for the development of the Bachelor of Accounting Program and enhancing the global standing of the UNPAR Bachelor of Accounting Program while supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
  3. Building good relationships with all stakeholders.
  4. Producing graduates with cognitive, psychomotor, affective, and cooperative competencies, so that they master the field of Accounting, possess outstanding personalities, broad perspectives, open-minded attitudes, and a spirit of dedication to the interests of society and participation in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
  5. Enhancing knowledge in the field of Accounting and aligning theory with practice through knowledge sharing and best practices from experts.
  6. Developing research that supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in terms of both quantity and quality.
  7. Developing research publications in terms of both quantity and quality.
  8. Developing community service activities that support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in terms of both quantity and quality.
  9. Developing community service publications in terms of both quantity and quality.
