The Accounting Study Program of UNPAR’s Faculty of Economics, in collaboration with Astra, held a community service activity in Rawasari Village. The team consisted of: Mrs. Dr. Elizabeth Tiur Manurung, M.Si., Ak., CA., CIRR (team leader), and the members: Mrs. Elsje Kosasih, Dra., Ak., MSc, Dr. Sylvia Fettry E. M., SE., SH., M.Si., Ak, Oei Venny Febrianti, SE., CA., MM.Ak., CSRS, and Shelly Nuraeni (accounting student). Rawasari Village is located in Plered District, Purwakarta Regency. The superior product of Rawasari Village is skewers because Purwakarta Regency is famous for its maranggi satay. Service activities that had been carried out include: providing training on making bamboo tables and chairs, making satay carts from bamboo, processing bamboo into earthquake-resistant bamboo, building an integrated health post (Posyandu) room from earthquake-resistant bamboo, training on how tocount inventory in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), training on how to calculate the cost of goods sold, and how to make a simple financial statement. On March 22, 2021, Astra, together with the community service team, provided assistance in the form of three satay skewer machines.
