In order to improve students’ insight about international accounting standards and practices, on March 19, 2021, Mrs. Dr. Elizabeth Tiur Manurung, M.Si., Ak., CA., CIRR, as the lecturer of International Accounting courses, held the prime lecture that invited the alumni of the Accounting Study Program of UNPAR’s Faculty of Economics, Mr. Aurelius Aaron, SAB., SE., SI Kom., S.Kom., M.Ak., M.Eng., M.Kom., MSM., MOS., Ph.D (c) (The Hongkong Polytechnic University). The speaker explained materials about international accounting disclosure, fair value accounting, management compensation, motivation, options trading, managerial learning and strategic voluntary disclosure, as well as hypothesis and tension. This event was attended by the students who are taking an International Accounting course and lecturers from the Accounting Study Program of UNPAR’s Faculty of Economics.
