Parahyangan National Accounting Challenge (PNAC) 2020 is a national level accounting competition held for students registered and active in the D3/D4/S1 Accounting Study Program from various universities, institutes, colleges of economics, or colleges of accounting throughout Indonesia. PNAC 2020 is held online through the zoom meetings platform and exam platform provided by PNAC 2020 from Wednesday, December 2 2020 to Friday, December 4 2020. The 2020 PNAC activity has the theme “Samoda Adarma Nusantara” which means “Fully Passion to Serve the Nation”. Through this theme, it is hoped that the participants will enthusiastically and happily strive to become accountants who can explore their own potential in order to devote themselves to Indonesia. PNAC 2020 invited 3 (three) external judges, including Mr. DR. Nur Hidayat, M.Ak, C, CA, CAPF, CERA as Director of TAXAcc Consulting Bandung, Mr. Denny Vissaro, S.E. , M.Sc as the research coordinator at DDTC, and Mrs. Anita Priyanti, S.Pn as a partner at KPMG Indonesia.
There were 50 (fifty) teams that registered as PNAC 2020 participants. Participants took part in a series of PNAC 2020 activities which were divided into 4 (four) rounds, namely the Preliminary Round, Quarter Final Round, Semifinal Round, and Final Round. The Preliminary Round consists of 2 (two) sessions which were attended by 50 teams that have registered for PNAC 2020. The Quarter Final Round consists of 1 (one) session which is attended by 12 teams that have passed the Preliminary Round. The Semifinal Round consists of 1 (one) session which is followed by 6 teams that qualify from the Quarter Final Round, and the Final Round consists of 1 (one) session which is attended by 3 teams that qualify from the Semifinal Round. So that finally got 6 (six) champions. 3rd place winner was won by Universitas Brawijaya Team A, 2nd place winner was won by Trisakti School of Management Team A, 1st winner was won by Universitas Padjadjaran Team, 3rd place was won by University of Indonesia Team, 2nd place was won by Trisakti School of Management Team C, and 1st place was won by Trisakti School of Management Team B.
